Who I Am
I am Yasmin Teimoori, a Dubai-based real estate investment advisor and business development strategist with over 25 years of experience across hospitality, real estate, wellness, and brand building.
I was born in Tehran, Iran, and hold a degree in IT Engineering from Azad University of Iran, as well as an MBA from the University of Wales. My professional journey began in international hospitality with Hyatt Hotels, where I developed a strong foundation in operations, service excellence, and global business standards.
In 2005, I co-founded a real estate company in Dubai and worked closely with some of the UAE's most reliable, government-founded developers. Over the years, I advised investors and contributed to projects with a recorded sales volume exceeding AED 1 billion, gaining deep insight into Dubai's real estate cycles, investment structures, and long-term value creation.
In 2011, I founded Morning Glory Health Club & Spa, Dubai's first women-only, all-under-one-roof fitness, beauty, and wellness center in Mirdif. I built the business from concept to full operation and successfully exited in 2024. This chapter strengthened my expertise in asset development, brand positioning, operational leadership, and exit strategy.
Alongside my corporate work, I authored Queens' Secrets (2020), a book exploring timeless beauty, discipline, and feminine wisdom drawn from ancient cultures. I also founded BeautySecretME, a platform dedicated to advanced beauty technologies and skincare innovations from Japan, Korea, India, and Europe — further expanding my experience in technology-driven businesses and cross-border market entry.
Beyond business, I am deeply engaged in media, community building, and women's empowerment through events, public conversations, and my Persian-language YouTube podcast, Yasmin's Wisdom Club, where I share insights on business, life, and long-term thinking.
